Refund / Return Policy
Publications may be returned only in accordance with the following guidelines:
1. Loss, Damage or Theft of the publication.
Loss, damage or theft is the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier to recover you loss. Lore Institute Publishing does provide insurance that protects against loss, damage or theft. Your purchase is covered for the actual value of the item.
2. Production flaw of the publication. In case the publication has a demonstrable flaw in the reproduction or binding quality,
Lore Institute Publishing replaces the item free of charge including shipping.

In case of an incorrect shipping address by the customer, Lore Institute
Publishing will charge shipping for any re-usable returns or will charge full amount plus shipping if
a complete replacement copy is required.
