Neil has over 22 years experience in the marketing and hospitality industry with a focus on marketing and operations as well as lead management and analysis. He has worked for the three largest brands in the shared ownership and hospitality industry where he worked with Jamie Klein for over twenty years and was instrumental in the development of marketing programs, operating procedures, reporting as well as with the development and execution of business plans. Neil has been part of several successful start-up teams in the shared ownership and fractional industry with three major brands, including Marriott, Four Seasons and Starwood Vacation Ownership. During his career, Neil has worked as a project director for Four Seasons as well as for Starwood and has also successfully managed a Call Center for Starwood.
As Vice President of Marketing and Operations for the Lore Institute, Neil is responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing programs for projects directly supported from a marketing perspective. Neil oversees the lead management process for all projects and provides the weekly and monthly analysis for all projects managed. Neil is also instrumental in the development of sales and marketing business plans for prospective developers.
