The Arizona Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSMAI) had a fantastic speaker at our luncheon meeting in May.  Jamie Klein, President of The Lore Institute, shared with us his expertise in Sales and Marketing.  Highlighting some of his new book "Lead Domination", Jamie used humor and a wealth of knowledge to engage our group.  Since all of us have different learning styles (written word versus visual cues), Jamie used both to target our audience.   Jamie gave a "recipe" for developing profitability and in this economic downturn - everyone needs to sample this "dish". 

Jamie is a charismatic speaker and handled our varied group with ease.  He was professional and also kept to a strict time line.
